SARS AWFUL SERVICE & BANK VERIFICATION

SARS is the worst!! The service this year is poor, how do you call and become number 400 on the queue? Only to get zero assistance. I filed on the 19 July 2024, they started a 21 day bank verification process and mid the verification kept asking for different documents and start another 21 days. today is the 01 October 2024 i still have not received my refund.
