SARS auditor with no common sense!

Dear SARS

Since my dispute keeps disappearing, and your complaints platform won't open, this is the forum I'm left with. Tax reference number: ***/ Case number: ***, I have submitted all my tax documentation. Every single year I only claim for my medical aid and my annuity (Tax certificates were provided from Old Mutual and Discovery). Both have been paid every single year, with the exception of 2019. I was only paid medical expenses, and my very old annuity from Old Mutual was declined. Tax law states that SARS must pay back my private pension fund. How can one representative decide that I am not entitled to 7827.24 with everybody in my office received theirs?
