sars audit refund and never paid out

<p>Sars must pay me for 2015 and 2016 returns, I never received any money for those years. They said my account is on Audit, and it has been on audit forever. Everything that had to be submitted is submitted but I have no response at all. When calling Call Centre, they always escalate my query but now its 5 months down the line, I still have no feedback. They requested me to go to branches several times for banking details update and nothing is happening.</p> <p><br />What must I do now??</p>
