SARS Audit

I was told I was being audited by SARS in July. I submitted by documents on the 06/08/2015 and I was told it takes 30 days for them to do the audit. Every time i enquire about this they ask for a new requirement. Today I spoke to Adelina to enquire if they have received by documents because last week yet again they required another document ( and to say this is not for the 2015 year). Now Adelina tells me I have to wait another 30 days, when SARS is the company that does not know what they want. When i told Adelina that this is *******. She tells me I cant speak to her that way and I can not to say *******. When I asked to speak to a senior person she tells me that there is no senior person I can speak to. I can't believe SARS service.
