SARS - Are they to be trusted OR *****S

Follow up on my previous review, SARS has totally lost the way to work with the public in any way. Received a letter back from them which is most probably computerized, that we have to pay in money now for the Tax year 2019 which was closed and settled last year September 2020. They pay out money to you them the next year demand you to repay the money by a socalled audit.... *** then they even have on the IT34 a refund repaid which never was paid out to anyone. I am totally discussed with SARS and even more the people that socalled works there. I think its time that they employ real people who wants to learn and work at SARS and stop *****ing our poor people money. We deserve that money and worked hard for it, now I must pay in the amount given to me last year..... SARS RETHINK YOUR TACTICS>>>>>>>>>>>
