SARS are looking touch

I submitted my 2018 return on eFilling and I was up for an Audit. Submitted all the required supporting documents on 2018/11/07 and I had to wait for 21 working days for feedback.

21 days came and went and after numerous calls to SARS 0800 00 SARS (7277) almost every week, being told the same feedback every time. I eventually asked to talk to a manager who was going to escalate and get someone to contact me within 48 hours. A week later still waiting. I called again and only now I'm told there was no escalation done.

Only today (11/02/2019) I called again, spoke with another manager who escalated and just a few min later I received a text confirming my escalation. Why didn't the last manger do the same thing on my last call (01/02/2019).

As I wait for feedback again.

Use to love SARS and their efficiency but off late, this institution is losing touch
