SARS are *********** *******. Their motto is "Take everything that you want. Give nothing back"

SARS have stopped anitem purchased from China for inspection 3 months ago. They appear to have ****** the item and refuse to provide valid explanations for their delays. They do not want to be contacted and refuse to co-operate. They have no competence or accountability towards the customer. The follow up on this item has been so costly and tedious that it has now gotten to a point of writing off this purchase as a total loss. Absolutely shocking third world country service. Refer to the email response sent to the courier company 6 weeks ago. To date they have still not given any further response pertaining to my item that they seem to have ******. They feel "pressured" because they cant explain what they did with my item and why they have it.

"Hi Kindly give us a day to work on your escalation, it does not help you sending e-mails every 2hour as I have advised I will work on all the submission that you have submitted of which are done you can come collect what is done as far as TNT & Aramex. You really are putting too much pressure on us, please submit and give us a chance to service you. "
