SARS are Extremely Pathetic

<p>SARS are useless to a point where they dont even understand the meaning of an SLA.. </p> <p>Their contact agents are full of lies including the Managers who say a Customers case has been attended to and all is in order, but call again and then you get an agent who tells you nothing has been done. All I want is my return and for the stopper to be removed and money paid out. This is one hell of a run around I've been having. My second complaint on Hello Peter and guess what they didnt even give 2 ****s at SARS to finalise the firat complaint. They need to get their act together and maybe get fhe definition of an SLA explained to them again.</p>
