SARS are bullying me

I am being bul**** by SARS, I received an SMS from VVM Atternoys stating that I owe SARS R2600 for Admin charges accumulated for year 2015. I am puzzled by this because I have been unemployed since 2012 and still am. What ****es me of is that SARS knew all my contact details but not even once they have tried to contact me as they used to do while I was still working but now without contacting me, they take my name straight to Lawyers to recoup money that I don't even understand on where it comes from
