SARS are bullies and refusing my payout !!!

I am 40% tax payer, after I came back from Holiday I received a mail saying i have a 1000 rand fine from SARS, I went to enquire i was told i didn't claim in 2022, logged on my e Filing did my taxes, SARS owes me R47600 no audit, January 18, 2023 I went to Umhlanga SARS branch to verify my new banking details, 22 January 2023 I received correspondence verifying my banking details will take 10 days and 1000 rand i owe will be deducted on my payout, 28 January 2023 i received the same letter saying 10 days, 04 February 2023 same letter saying 10 days, what kind of service and new level of bullying and incompetency is this! i just called today after holding for 1hour case number ***, consultant told me all was loaded on the 04 February 2023 I should wait for 10 days and the penalty is no longer 1000 its 1500, you guys are bullies because we cannot hold you accountable see the screen short below and see how many times have i been getting this letter saying 10days and 10 days has ****ing lapsed and still zero payout, see below: you are bullies!!!
