Sars appauling service and *******

I went to up sars to update my bank details on the 29th of july 2019,later on before i even filled my returns i spoke to a consultant who was very rude and who assited me wit uodating my bank type of the account,the consultant assited and confirmed that the bank details were updated. Today my money was paid into the incorrect bank details,when i called sars this morning on case no *** i spoke to kedibone who tham confirmed that my 2018 return was paid into capitec,firstly i took my bank details directly sars does this not mean than my details are updated at sars for every return i do....the previous agent i spoke saw that the bank details for 2018 where the capitec account,and i told her i updated my bank details..i spoke to a manager by the name of karin visser who was shouting at me as to how i should have known how to update my details on efilling.Now are you telling me that i waisted my time and money to go update my bank details,as far as i know if u update bank details they should update for everything.Sars is going to rip people of their returns and this efiling is just a way to make people not get their money.How many people old and new are going to experience the same appauling service and this ****ty efiling.This is exactly what you want,other people dont even have the resources i have to keep on calling..I have called sars numerous times to make sure that my details are correct,what must must one do in such a predicament.It might not be alot of money but this would have put food o the table for my family.The original assessment i did was for 2019 and this is clealry indicated on my 2019 statement of account.Karen the manager kept on telling me that the return i did was for 2018 and this is not true and my 2019 bank details show nedbank.I am soo disgusted at sars services.As per statement it shows that assessment for 2019 is R789.00 and there is no assessment for 2018.So i dont know how the manager and consultant are telling me i filled for 2018..I am going to Twitter with this and all social platforms..A recall must be done as this is day light *******
