SARS APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have submitted all the requested documents to activate my company on SARS e-filling platform without success, it has been 4 full weeks and I have lost 2 orders due to my tax non-compliance status. The minimum time they take to pick up your call while on hold is 40 minutes. Their service is appalling and damn right lack professionalism. SARS is squarely responsible for the folding of my company. Pity there are no other alternative organisation to run to for such services. I am deeply saddened and disheartened by their horrible time consuming and money wasting conduct. Small business are suffering the most from SARS,
