SARS APN

If I could get a 0 rating for SARS, I'd do that. The only thing that SARS do right is taking money from hard working South Africans.. the rest of their services are atrocious. How can SARS introduce something like an APN (Advance Payment Notification) without giving any of their staff training regarding this. It's an impossible task to get an APN from SARS meaning that delays of equipment and merchandise from abroad... delaying productivity, job creation, revenue for SARS & all the above. Anyway.. to say the least.. SARS is a stuff-up.
