SARS apathy

I have tried for the last 4 years to resolve an income tax issue that is the fault of the SARS E-filing system. All E-Mails are unanswered, & calls get cut after being on hold for hours at a time. No one seems to be able to assist me, including employing the services of a tax practitioner. Come on SARS, it can't be that hard can it?
