SARS another parastatal ffalls to incompetence!!!

My NOO was submitted on the 22 July 2019. I waited the 60 days as prescribed. Day 61 I contacted SARS and was told I would have an answer in 3 business days. On the 4th day ****h October 2019) I contacted SARS and my case was escalated to Management and it would be resolved in within 21 days. Today 01 November 2019 I contacted SARS for an update and was told they still busy with it (same answer I have received on every call) and that an auditor has been assigned to it, I was then told there is no turn around time, really?!!. After 20 years of my returns SARS has obviously decided they want to tell me to go to hell. Another nail in the coffin and there really is no reason to remain in this country that God has forsaken. Another s****ed individual will be lost and I imagine after this disastrous 2019 tax debacle many more professionals will go.
