SARS AND TWO POT V CLIENTS INDEBT

In all fairness I do not know where to start, as we all are aware of new implementation about pension fund where people can take from it to boost themselves paying off part of their debts ect. My point SARS made it public that if you owe money that your pension fund will be taken unless you have made arrangements for debt to be paid off the agreement stands. But what SARS did is took all my money from two pots and is still deducting from me now for 7 months through my employer and left me with money less for 3 loafs of bread. Is our government Sars really showing us how cruel they are doing this whereas they people are struggling because of debt in South Africa and we all aware that cost of living high and yet Sars shows no humanity by what its doing this really make me think twice of the country I was born raised and still live in!!!!
