SARS AND EVERY GOVERNMENT RUN INSTITUTION IS USELESS!!!!!

My company sent me an email saying that SARS has actioned an ITA88 against me and they will have to deduct R7000 from salary. (Which the did). I called SARS call centre straight away and the lady told me according to their records there is NO pending action towards me. I asked the lady to please send me an Offical letter stating exactly that but she said SARS don't give out such letters. My Employer won't accept anything but an Offical letter or else they will continue to deduct money. I went on SARS appointment site and set up a video meeting because it won't let me make a face to face appointment. It is now almost 2 months later and they have not responed to my CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT.
