SARS Admin penalty fees are ridiculous

Received SARS messages stating that my deregistered company needs to pay an admin penalty fee - and my company has been closed down since COVID. trying to contact the customer service centre number where you hold on forever - the efiling website is not easy to navigate either - the help you option doesnt work - no one calls back. The service is horrific honestly - SARS wants money but cant deliver a service - Someone from SARS that knows what they do must call me back asap because I cannot waste my airtime for nothing.
