SARS absolute *******

The SARS experience is the absolute worst experience i have had in years, absolutely shocking customer service. I have scheduled and booked an online appointment almost 3 times now and its the same ******* service, firstly the agents call you back 2 mins before their knock off time and worse all 3 conveniently had no network but had network to send me a customer survey. Online they are asking for 5 documents to be uploaded but give you only 3 options to upload, when you merge documents they still ask you to split them and the online upload functionality doesn't work the only thing this organization is good at is taking peoples money, nxa.
