SARS

SARS deduct money without my knowledge when I have enquired they said the letter was sent to my employer and I also asked why am owing Sars, they said I haven't submitted in the 2000,in 2000 I was still in Secondary school and I didn't even have a identity document that time. The gentleman that was assisting me via call center he said he will send me an email so that I can go and open case I'm still waiting. When I phoned Sars several times they cut the calls. I also enquire at my work place at HR department, the lady that assisted me said Sars was about to close.
