SARS- A WASTE OF TIME

I have submitted my tax return with SARS more than 21 working days ago. As a law abiding citizen I decided it only fair to go for my tax return. I left my home at 5 am, however I still spent the entire day there. I only got home at 5. After taking leave to attend to my tax return. I have emailed and called SARS, but every time I AM ADVISED MY QUERY WILL BE DEALT WITH WITHIN 21 WORKING DAYS. Is this some joke because everything cannot take 21 working days. I find it very appalling that I had wasted so much time on a very simple matter.<br> <br> <br> I would appreciate some form of answer except being told 21 days. As this wasn't taken into consideration when I spent an entire day at SARS.<br> <br> I almost feel like never ever doing my tax return again. I know you can do this via e-filling, but this has been my first return therefore I thought it would be easier.
