I guess I just need to join the millions of victims at the hands of the South African Revenue Service.

There is something called a none-exchange transaction. It is the taking of one's possessions or money without the return of any items or service. This mostly comes in the form of theft. Also, this happens to every tax payer every month. We are forced to pay exorbitant amounts of our personal income to these ******* (SARS) and in return we get absolutely nothing. If we don't pay tax - we are threatened with prison. It leans heavily to exploitation.
