Sars

I can't believe i owe SARS nothing but they took money from my account, when i call to ask why they are telling me i must update my SARS profile before they can return my money. How is that even possible, now i cabt even access my bank account, i can't even transfer money to my cheque account because whenever i transfer money SARS takes it.
