SARS ***7 NONSENSE!!!!

I am very upset at how this ***7 SARS number. I have been on the line since 8 am and went from number 120 to number 20 and when I get to that number. The line gets dropped and this is not the 1st time that this is happening. I have requested a call back numerous times and no call back apart from the one time and that was not even helpful because the agent was just not interested.

I have to submit outstanding documents and need to change banking details. but all their online so-called helpful ways of booking are not helpful at all....
