SARS

<p>I have been trying for over a month to withdraw a portion of my provident fund to no avail thanks to SARS. For some strange reason SARS gave me two tax numbers. I called and they said they fixed it over the phone. They did not as Liberty Life called me and told me the tax was declined due to an invalid tax number. I called again and was told I'd have to physically go to SARS, I did. SARS once again told me it was fixed after being there 3 hours on a Friday. It was not. Liberty contacted me again the following Wednesday to tell me the tax number is invalid again. I went into SARS again last Thursday, after the hour they assured me it was definitely sorted out. It still is not. Liberty has contacted me today to inform me that my tax number is still invalid. I have been using the same since I started working!!! </p>
