SARS 60 DAY DELAY.... UNFAIR PROCESS

I have submitted my tax returns at the end of Jul15'.I had received an email on the 2 Aug15,stating that I have been officially selected for verification and that SARS turnaround time for resolving the VERIFICATION is 30 WORKING days.No communication from SARS therefater.I called SARS on the 26 Aug15,to follow up(via the call centre)and was informed that it had been finalised and completed 3working days prior(No notification from SARS).I was then told that my monies (R45k)will be held back as I have some docs outstanding 08' to 11'(No notification from SARS).Had I not called I would not have known.Docs were submitted,I am now being told that I have to wait a 30 day turn around time for 08 and 09 docs to be verified. COULD SARS NOT HAVE SEEN THIS ISSUE ON MY PORTFOLIO 30 DAYS AGO?WHAT HAS SARS DONE WITH MY INITIAL IRP5 SUBMISSION IN YEARS 08' - 11'? WHY WERE DOCS NOT REQUESTED FOR IN YEARS 12' - 14' WHERE REFUNDS WERE PAID OUT WITHIN A WEEK?This is totally unfair, the monies owed to us are ours not SARS, why should they dictate when we should be paid out. If I had owed SARS money they would not accept a 60d payment and wouldnt not think twice to slap interest on it. UNFAIR PROCESS!!
