Sars - 5th World Service & Systems

Sars Edenvale: but I think the bad outdated slow service applies to SARS on the whole. 7 to 8 hour wait (on both my visits) including queing outside for 2 hrs to rectify a problem that shouldn't have happened in the first place. My 1st visit involved me applying for a tax directive as a commision earner. That was on 27 Sept. Why didn't your consultant ask me at the time why is there a passport & ID number reflecting & why is this an issue anyway??? If yr counter staff are merely paper pushers replace them with a robot who accepts applications. Today 26 Oct, SARS is again a living nightmare. In 2018 yr system is outdated. I'd rather hve gall bladder surgery without anaesthetic than deal with Sars. Undertrained staff, filthy dirty toilets, staff shortage - get yr act together Edenvale Sars, or reduce our individual tax %s. You should be embarrassed. A government body that is performing horribly for the normal taxpayer in the street
