Hi Hellopeter. I've been waiting for an activated tax number for my deceased husband for 3 months now. Submitted documents on 13th of December last year and I have not a single word back from them. Phoned the call centre numerous times, but all they say is that my case is at their escalation department. I have no idea what that means. Can you help me ?
