Good day,

I am so disappointed by SARS ,I submitted all relevant documents needed for my tax return and changed bank account which has been successfully approved,yet till today I haven't received any refund that is due to me ,no correspondence was sent out to my email.

The turn around time has elapsed till this current I have not received any refund,I was told or informed of 21days which has already elapsed since 15 and 16 July 2025 which is a month now .

I called in today and I'm told that they will have to escalate it again,but they don't know how long will I have to wait . Can I ask what is the purpose of one submiting all relevant documents when still it will take forever to make payment but when you owe them they make sure !

I am really disappointed 😞 Does this show incompetency? Please help 🙏
