SARS - 3 YEARS, NO HELP

I have been trying to sort out a problem regarding a tax-free fixed deposit since 2019, NO LUCK. Phone calls, emails and 2 visits to the Randburg office but nobody can help me. The value of the investment has been incorrect on SARS' side, and I eventually decided to cancel the investment in October last year. A tax certificate from the Bank CONFIRMED a NIL balance, but the investment STILL appeared on my 2021/22 tax form. How do I get this SIMPLE issue resolved!!!!
