Good day
I want to understand, SARS taxed me above my tax brackets with regards to my Two Pot system claim.
And I am being told I captured wrong which I fail to understand as I double checked everything sent in the claim how is it possible.
Now I hold for hours on the phone ,where I stay I'm far from SARS office about 147km.
Please help me as I don't understand why I am being taxed so much and yet they owe me amount r130 due to me

I called SARS AND TO MY SUPRISE I WAS EVEN PAID LESS THAN WHAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO Receive,I fail to understand cause the consultant said she doesn't understand why I was taxed that huge lump sum way more than the actual tax.
I'm so frustrated please help

I called SARS AND TO MY SUPRISE I WAS EVEN PAID LESS THAN WHAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO Receive,I fail to understand cause the consultant said she doesn't understand why I was taxed that huge lump sum way more than the actual tax.

Apparently they can't help me,they have no dates for walk inns or telephonically to assist me with me with regards to my issue how is this possible 😞
