Sars

Last year I was denied an opportunity to file for my SARS filing. It was the last day of submission, I was there at 5 in the morning and I was serviced at 4 in the afternoon of which I understood because it was packed. Whole being serviced I was missing a document, however I had it on my email. I kindly asked to forward it to the consultant and she refused and said her email is not for that, I told her in asking for her work email not her personal email. She refused, I couldn't come the next day as this was the last of filing and I asked at work to be absent.

I'm very disappointed because my sister today went there and she was missing one I.d copy, she went to do there copy and certify. She was back at the SARS at around 14:00 p.m. and they refused to service her, they said that they service only 30 people a day.

The service at The Orlando Branch in Soweto is pathetic and disgusting.
