SARS

I did my tax return on 1 July and have a refund due to me. On 16 July 2018 I went into the branch to verify my banking details after I had to sit on the phone for 20 min waiting. They don't communicate to you if something is wrong only after I had been to the branch they send me a sms. It's 5 days later and I still DID NOT GET MY REFUND. My details have been verified how ****** long must i still wait!!!!! Pathetic..
