SARS

Good afternoon

I called SARS last week to make an appointment as per information from the internet stating that individuals should make an appointment. I called SARS last week and enquire about it. I was informed that I should make an appointment as I submitting my returns to the branch due to the fact that I have IRDD form for my son. I have receive the call yesterday confirming the appointment for today. in the morning, I have receive the call from the lady and she inform that she cannot assist me if I am not one who has disability so I must do e- filing on my own or go the branch. I am really frustrated as I was told that SARS does no longer do walk in. I should have went SARS but I waited for the appointment as per discussion with consultant on the phone last week and the appointment was also confirmed yesterday. I am not happy with the service from SARS.
