SARS 11 months to verify standard bank account details

How does it take SARS Durban 11 months to verify a standard bank account to deposit funds into an estate account. With all the required documentation five times now and still no response. After confirming that in seven working days funds will be deposited to me and my attorney. Like to know how is SARS holding the Masters final closure. Seems SARS need to relook at their staff
