SARS

My poor wife. She has three tax numbers registered on her tax profile. Not sure why?? For the past 8 months she has tried to correct the situation by deactivating two. The problem is that the her school pension fund has swopped service providers and her pension has been sitting in cash as SARS won't allow the re-investment because of the above issue. SARS are not coming to the party - telephone appointments not bring the desired results, wrong profile changes, etc. An ABSOLUTE MESS.
