SARA Efiling

Good Day,<br> <br> As a computer science graduate am very disappointed with SARS Efiling, I submitted my return manually and i was informed that i need to submit IRP5 for 2013 though i was not working during that financial year. I then thought i will be easier to do this online, i open my efiling and saw an IRP5 i submitted the return however i found out after calling SARS that i submitted the return twice and therefor they reversed the amount that is due to me. In my knowledge a computer system is suppose to pick up if a user is submitting the same file twice and disallow them, and again to penalised me for a mistake that the system did not pick up is unfair. Therefor i would appreciate it if sars would review their system and pay back my money.<br> <br> I have placed a dispute for this matter hoping to get a positive response.<br> <br> Regards<br> Unhappy Tax Payer
