Rude SARS agent

After failed attempts of calling SARS, I tried a call back option of which a very rude lady called Ndinisa or Ndilisa called me back. She told me my address is wrong and this is the address that is on the system. Even when I was giving her a tax number she just kept quiet and as a caller I was bit confused if she was still on the line. She has zero telephone etiquette you could tell she wasn't willing to assist me at all, I understand security questions are important but you can't tell me what I know is on the system is not corresponding. This lady wanted me to give my account number off by heart could not even allow me to at least go and confirm it. She doesn't have good customer service.
