Rude Receptionist

<p>I was at SARS yesterday to submit my returns. I was disgusted by a woman by the name of Busi, working at the Information Desk. She is so rude!!! She didn't greet me, and I ended up greeting her twice, before she could greet me back with an attitude. I told her what I had come to do, and she just demanded to see my documents, which, by the way, she did not even look at! She asked for my cellphone number and I gave it to her. She then just put the sheet with the ticket number in front of me, without telling me what to do with it. I asked her what to do with it, and she still responded with a stinking attitude. She even sent me to the wrong side. I asked another employee there to give me her name, and he told me that's exactly how she is. Apparently, she is always rude. I don't understand why such a person is put in the frontline of Customer Service! She should be in the back office or at home! I don't think anyone appreciates such behaviour from a SARS employee. Please deal with her accordingly. This is not acceptable, really!!!</p> <p> </p>
