Rude consultant Ipeleng

I requested a call back and was called by Ipeleng who was rude and put the call on mute.. after them failing to provide full information on requested documents for my refund, I have to deal with rude and *********** people who don't respect tax payers time.. I will be laying a formal complaint with their complaints department for such poor and disgusting service from their consultant
