Rude consultant

I’m absolutely disgusted with the assistance I received today with the call centre agent from Sars Zandile Ndala. She was very abrupt and plain rude never mind her cutting my every sentence. I mentioned to her that I’m not happy with her tone and the way she’s assisting me throughout the call all she said was “ okay thank you” I’m absolutely disgusted
