Rude and unfriendly

I was at SARS Bloemfontein today and the service I got was poor .Annatjie Hendricks is very rude and doesn't know how to speak to clients...i hope SARS Bloemfontein can read this and fix this matter asap. It's disgusting and pathetic from a public employee.
