RUDE AND BAD ASSISTANTS AT SARS ROODEPOORT

I attended the SARS Roodepoort Centre this morning with my Accountant- i needed to obtain a VAT number which my accountant app**** on line already. We were first assisted by someone who didnt even greet us - and then took 30 mins to load me as a Public Officier - then we had to go back in the line and get a new ticket number and then wait again - we already there for 50 mins . Then we went to another counter - whic this lady was even worse off than the first lady - absolutely rude. Asked my accountant so many questions about his practice and asked for his PR number etc which we provided. Then 35 mins later - she walks up and disappears and then comes back 20 mins later - and says she cant help us - we need to go to Randburg office instead - when my accountant resides in Roodepoort area.

we wasted like 2 hours on nothing ? the Service is very bad - no smiles no pleasantness - no nothing-

we are applying for VAT number to make SARS money but your employees act like they own SARS and refuses to help the customers.
