Rude and arrogant call centre agent !

Arrogant customer service Slow turn around times Misinformation Delayed response to queries Case number available on request Still not outcome on my enquiry - no a call back from the agent, nor a email, yet they have ALL out information but no communication. Very rude, arrogant, smart a%% and very annoyed call centre agent who clearly dislikes her job - zero customer service 100% attitude and has no business in a call centre! Pity I dont have her name, but certainly will be requesting a call back and have a case number.
