Rude agents

A public entity that does not care about the public. It’s very disheartening having to deal with SARS, whether at branch level or call centre. The agents have a stinking attitude as though they are doing you a favor by servicing. Agents always drop calls in my ear for merely wanting to find out the amount I owe sars. SARS is always instructing my payroll to deduct R500 penalty monthly even though I’ve filed my returns. Every month I’m losing money and no one is willing to explain why I’m suffering like this. This is very disheartening. Please do better.
