Rude Agent

I just spoke to Thembi agent from Sars who was rude from the beginning of the call. Firstly she spoke as though she was sleeping. I asked what her name is then she said "But I just said you speaking to Thembi" and I wouldn't have asked who I'm speaking to if I heard her. I told her reason for my call she said I should hold while she checks for me. Call cut as I was holding for her to come back to me. 20 minutes on the call for nothing. I must say this was the worst service ever.
