Ridiculously Bad Poor Service

I have been trying to get in touch with SARS just to get a simple booking from Monday 10th July its Thursday night now, everyday is a struggle, I wait in long queue calls and they cut me off, ifI am lucky i finaly get through after hours of waiting the drop the call. I have left my number for call backs, tried the sms route, still NOTHING. Service has just become ridiculously bad. I bet if i didnt do my taxes they would call me so easily. All i want is to make a stupid booking to go to a branch because they obviously dont know what they are doing on these phones.
