RIDICULOUS PATHETIC SERVICE

SARS makes it difficult for us to receive our returns when its easier for them when they tax us, their service is just pathetic and ridiculous, filled for returns and there was money due to me, suddenly the money is reversed I have been selected for an audit, after the audit was done suddenly I owe them, I disputed on the 21 July 2021 I have uploaded all the document they required but no body is handling my case, you arrange for an appointment only to be told that the audit department has a lot of work this will take 90days to resolve, really guys can we get assisted PLEASE, now we have to beg for your service but you do not beg us for our tax moneys
