Returns not paid out almost 3 months

Good morning

I am frustrated as I have been waiting for about 3 months now for my sars to be sorted out. I am due for an audit however they havent done any audits.

I have called in so mant times and still no help, i came to this platform becz calling sars being on the phone for hours and still not helped

I have no idea what to do now. People are submitting after me and already received payment.

CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT IS GOING ON!!!
