The Sars call centre has the most unhelpful agents including the team leaders or managers. No one can help with a case logged on the 8th of July 2024 of which I was told will be resolved in 21 working days and till this day I have never received an updated with regards to the case, instead everytime I call in there's a different story and I should wait.

On the 3rd of September 2024 I eventually went to the branch and was assisted with what Sars required from me but I still need to wait with no specific ETA to get the case closed that was verified and resolved at the branch.
